Pricing & Contracts
1. How is pricing structured for your services?
Most of our services are covered under a 12-month agreement that includes consistent visits, clear scope of work, and flat monthly billing. This approach ensures your property gets the attention it needs year-round without hidden fees or surprise invoices.
2. Do you require long-term contracts?
Yes, we ask clients to commit to an annual service plan. A lawn or property looks its best when it’s cared for consistently through all seasons—not with one-off visits. That said, we build flexibility into every plan to fit the unique needs of each property.
3. What payment options do you offer?
We accept check, ACH payments, and offer an online client portal for easy recurring billing.
4. Do you provide free estimates?
Absolutely. We’ll walk the property with you, discuss your goals, and provide a clear, itemized estimate at no cost

Maintenance & Lawn Care
1. How often will your crew service my property?
Service frequency follows the season—but more importantly, it’s tailored to your needs. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your property type and expectations (weekly during the growing season is most common), but you always have input on the final plan.
2. Do you offer both residential and commercial maintenance?
Yes. We service residential homes, HOAs, condominiums, and commercial sites. Each has different needs, but the same level of consistency and professionalism.
3. Do you provide one-time lawn mowing services?
No, TruScape focuses on long-term property care. Our commitment is to keep landscapes healthy and consistent over time, which is why we only offer recurring service agreements.
4. Will you notify me if you notice an issue outside your scope?
Always. If we spot irrigation leaks, unhealthy plants, or safety hazards, we’ll document them and provide clear recommendations—even if they fall outside our contracted work.

Irrigation
1. Do you install irrigation systems?
While we can, we specialize in monitoring, seasonal checks, and repairs on existing systems. If a full system installation is needed, we can get it done.
2. How often should irrigation systems be checked?
At minimum, once per season—but we recommend monthly during peak summer growth. Regular checks catch small issues early and keep your watering efficient.
3. What’s included in an irrigation inspection?
A full “wet check” of all zones, inspection of sprinkler heads, controller programming adjustments, and on-the-spot minor repairs for misaligned heads.
4. Can proper irrigation really save money?
Yes. A tuned system prevents overwatering, reduces water bills, and protects lawns and plants from stress or disease.

Fertilization & Weed Control
1. Do I have to sign up for all six treatments?
Yes. Our mandatory 6-step program is the minimum required for healthy turf in North Texas. Skipping steps leads to gaps in weed prevention or nutrition.
2. What grasses do you treat?
Our program is tailored for Bermuda, St. Augustine, and Zoysia—plus optional overseeding with ryegrass in winter.
3. What’s included in the 6-step program?
Pre-emergent weed control in spring/fall, slow-release fertilizer in growing months, and seasonal spot treatments for weeds. Optional add-ons include aeration, top-dressing, and overseeding.
4. Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes—when applied correctly. We ask that you keep people and pets off the lawn until treatments have dried (typically 30 minutes to an hour).

1. What is a plant and tree health audit?
It’s a seasonal inspection where we assess plant health, look for signs of disease or pests, check soil and irrigation conditions, and provide a written report with recommendations.
2. How often should plants and trees be inspected?
At least four times a year (once each season) to catch problems early and keep plants thriving.
3. Do you treat pests or diseases you find?
Yes—we can apply safe treatments for many common issues or recommend specialty care for larger trees if needed.
4. Will you help replace declining plants or trees?
Absolutely. If a plant or tree is beyond recovery, we’ll recommend the best replacement options suited to your property.

Enhancements & Seasonal Color
1. What counts as an enhancement?
Enhancements are small but high-impact upgrades like seasonal flowers, mulch refreshes, or minor plantings—anything that boosts curb appeal without major construction.
2. How often should mulch be refreshed?
Once per year at minimum, typically in spring. High-visibility areas may benefit from a second refresh in fall.
3. Can I choose my seasonal flowers or colors?
Yes—clients are encouraged to share color preferences, and we’ll recommend plants that thrive in each season’s conditions.
4. How disruptive are enhancement projects?
Not at all. Most projects are completed in a single day with minimal impact to your property.
