What do I need to do on service days? Do I need to be home or prep anything?
You do not need to be home during service. We simply ask that you provide clear access to your yard, such as unlocking gates or sharing entry instructions if required. For safety, pets should be secured indoors or in a contained area. Our crew handles the rest, leaves the gates as they were, and returns any moved items. You can go about your day and enjoy the results when you return.
Do you bag the grass clippings or leave them on the lawn?
We mulch grass clippings by default, returning nutrients to the soil and supporting healthier turf. For common North Texas grasses like Bermuda, Zoysia, and St. Augustine, mulching is ideal and leaves no visible clumps. In certain situations—such as heavy thatch buildup or specific Zoysia lawns—we may recommend bagging. If you prefer bagging, we can accommodate it, though an additional disposal fee may apply.
